How you'll support the team

  • You will be responsible for the conception, management, and further development of campaigns for your own clients in the areas of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Search Ads 360) and Microsoft Advertising.

  • Your core expertise includes the evaluation and strategic planning of performance advertising campaigns, including the interplay of budget, platform, targeting, creatives, and ad copywriting.

  • You create regular reports and campaign analyses, evaluate the results of your activities, and derive corresponding action recommendations.

  • With a focus on the agreed objectives, you ensure the quality control of campaigns and find solutions to a wide range of challenges in day-to-day operations.

  • You maintain continuous personal communication with your clients.

  • Conducting workshops for employees as well as clients is a welcome change of pace for you.

 

 

Your Profile

  • You have at least three years of professional experience in SEA / Google Ads.

  • You are a skilled professional in working with Google Ads and ideally already certified as a Google Advertising Professional.

  • With your strong affinity for numbers and analytical mindset, you easily identify relevant metrics and translate them into effective actions.

  • You have solid expertise in working with common SEA tools and platform technologies (in particular Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, ideally Google Tag Manager) and you also enjoy learning new things.

  • You have strong MS Excel skills.

  • You have excellent German skills (native level or Goethe Certificate C2).

  • You work in a structured, sustainable manner and demonstrate a high level of self-discipline.

  • You are distinguished by your solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to tackle more complex client inquiries.

  • Agency experience is desirable but not required.

  • Ideally, you have already gained experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
