Convert the Traffic You Already Have.
Don't Buy More Traffic.
CRO & A/B TESTING
THE CRO PROBLEM
You're Paying to Send People to a Leaking Bucket.
Most companies invest heavily in driving traffic — SEO, paid ads, social media, trade shows — and almost nothing in converting that traffic once it arrives. The result is a website that works as an expensive brochure rather than a revenue-generating machine.
CRO is the discipline of understanding why visitors don't convert and systematically fixing it through data analysis, user research, and structured experimentation. A 1% improvement in conversion rate on a site with 10,000 monthly visitors and a €500 average order value is worth €600,000 in additional annual revenue — without spending a single euro more on traffic.
“For every €92 spent acquiring customers, only €1 is spent converting them. CRO is the most underfunded lever in digital marketing.”

OUR SERVICES
Data-Driven Optimisation From Hypothesis to Revenue
CRO Audit
A comprehensive analysis of your conversion funnel using GA4 data, heatmaps, session recordings, and user behaviour analysis to identify the highest-impact optimisation opportunities.
A/B Testing
Structured split tests designed with statistical rigour — from hypothesis to implementation to significance analysis. We run tests that produce actionable results, not inconclusive noise.
User Research & Surveys
Qualitative research to understand the 'why' behind your data — exit surveys, on-site polls, and user interviews that reveal the friction points your analytics can't explain.
Landing Page Optimisation
Systematic improvement of your highest-traffic landing pages — from paid ad destinations to organic landing pages — to maximise conversion rate and reduce wasted ad spend.
Heatmap & Session Analysis
Visual analysis of where users click, scroll, and drop off using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, VWO, or equivalent tools — revealing the friction points that quantitative data misses.
Ongoing CRO Retainer
A continuous optimisation programme with monthly test cycles, regular reporting, and a growing library of validated learnings that compound over time.
OUR APPROACH
We Test What Matters. Not What's Easy.
Many CRO programmes fail because they test button colours instead of value propositions. We prioritise experiments based on potential revenue impact, not ease of implementation — and we only declare winners when the statistics actually support it.
-
Every test hypothesis is grounded in GA4 data and user research
-
We use 95% statistical significance as our minimum threshold
-
All tests are documented and learnings are applied site-wide
-
We measure impact on revenue, not just conversion rate
OUR PROCESS
01 — Data Analysis & Audit
We analyse your GA4 funnel data, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify the highest-impact friction points.
02 — Hypothesis Development
We develop prioritised test hypotheses based on data evidence, user research, and estimated revenue impact.
03 — Test Design & Implementation
We design the test variants, implement them via your CMS or testing tool, and set up tracking to measure the right outcomes.
04 — Analysis & Rollout
We analyse results with statistical rigour, declare a winner only when significance is reached, and roll out winning variants site-wide.
Convert More. Spend the Same.
Book a free 30-minute CRO discovery call. We'll identify your top 3 conversion leaks and estimate the revenue impact of fixing them. No commitment. No sales pitch. Just clarity.

FAQ
Common Questions
How much traffic do I need to run A/B tests?
As a rule of thumb, you need at least 1,000 visitors per variant per week to run meaningful tests on conversion rates in the 2–5% range. For lower-traffic sites, we focus on qualitative research and high-confidence changes rather than split testing.
What tools do you use for A/B testing?
We work with Google Optimize successors (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty), as well as other A/B testing tools like Convert or native testing tools in platforms like Shopify. For enterprise clients, we implement server-side testing to avoid the performance impact of client-side flicker.
How long does a typical A/B test run?
Most tests run for 2–4 weeks to reach statistical significance. We never stop a test early based on early results — a common mistake that leads to false positives. We mostly use Bayesian statistics to estimate when a test is ready to call.
What is the difference between CRO and UX design?
UX design improves the overall user experience based on best practices and design principles. CRO uses data and experimentation to prove which changes actually improve conversion — not just which changes look better. The two are complementary, but CRO is evidence-based where UX is often intuition-based.
