Common Questions
What level of prior knowledge do participants need?
We offer workshops from beginner to advanced. The GA4 Foundations workshop requires no prior analytics knowledge — just a Google account. The Advanced GA4 and GTM workshops assume familiarity with basic analytics concepts. We always conduct a brief needs assessment before the workshop to calibrate the content.
How many participants can attend a workshop?
Our workshops work best with groups of 4–12 participants. Smaller groups allow for more individual attention and Q&A. For larger teams, we can run multiple sessions or design a train-the-trainer programme.
Can the training be conducted in German?
Yes — we can conduct workshops in German as well, with a trainer who has extensive experience across all our data services and in training marketing teams. This may require additional preparation time and might be held online only.
Do you provide training materials?
Yes — all participants receive a comprehensive workbook, reference guide, and access to a private resource library with templates, checklists, and video recordings of the session.
Can you train our team on our specific GA4 setup?
Yes — this is one of the key advantages of our training. We review your actual GA4 and GTM setup before the workshop and tailor all examples and exercises to your specific configuration and business questions.
