Caspar began his professional career with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Through his work in recruiting at Ladenzeile, he discovered his passion for working with data and transitioned internally into performance marketing. During his two years at Ladenzeile, he gained extensive experience with Google and Microsoft advertising channels, feed management, and automation.
After the closure of Ladenzeile, his existing connection to AdStrive brought him into the team. Today, his focus is on data processing, automation, and tracking, where he continuously expands his expertise.
In addition to his work at AdStrive, Caspar is pursuing an MBA with a focus on Big Data Management and is learning Python.
