After completing her business studies in Kiel, Kirstin initially moved to Austria for several years, where she gained diverse professional experience in administrative roles within a trading company. Upon returning to Germany, she worked for almost 15 years as a personnel development specialist at PENNY (REWE Group), where she trained and supported managers and was involved in various areas of personnel development and event organization. Ultimately, after experiencing and helping shape several reorganizations, Kirstin decided to pursue a freelance career as a coach.
Kirstin’s particular strength lies in her ability to look behind the scenes and understand complex interrelationships. She values lifelong learning while maintaining a balanced approach between professional performance and personal relaxation.
At AdStrive, Kirstin found a role that allows her to work in a team, contribute her knowledge, and at the same time explore new areas. As a team assistant and in office management, she oversees AdStrive’s back-office operations. She is also responsible for accounting, giving her an important role within the company.
